Where does Media Discovery save my files?

By default, files go to %USERPROFILE%\Downloads\MediaDiscovery\. You can change the destination in Settings → Saving → Download folder. The Group saves by page option lets you organize downloads as <root>/<site>/<page>/<file> instead of the flatter <root>/<site>/<file>.
