How to Request a Refund

• Your order number (from the purchase confirmation email)
• The email address used for the purchase
• Reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by 2Checkout.com (our payment provider) within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Before Requesting a Refund

All our products are available as free unregistered versions. The unregistered version is fully functional but has limitations on the number of files that can be processed. We recommend evaluating the software before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
